Clarify your needs
When fixed access is unavailable or an alternative circuit is needed, the working address, user density and applications matter. Do not assume wireless access provides identical speeds everywhere. Device, package and connection conditions require separate confirmation.
Pre-quotation preparation record
Connection record: location; usage area; current internet; primary or alternative access need; users; critical applications. Specify indoor wireless coverage requirements separately from internet access.
Does a backup connection resolve every outage?
Alternative access alone does not prove automatic failover or continuity of all applications. Network equipment, addressing and application dependencies also require assessment. State whether you need only a second circuit or a solution that also includes switching between connections.
