Cloudflare Announces "Zero Wire" Service for Critical Vulnerabilities
Source announcement date: 2026-11-03 · News/event date: 2026-11-03
On November 3, 2026, Cloudflare unveiled "Zero Wire," a service that consolidates information on critical internet security vulnerabilities. Available within Cloudflare Radar, this public-facing feed is designed to help security teams understand the scope of newly disclosed vulnerabilities.

A Centralized Hub for Critical Vulnerabilities
According to the company, the service provides concise information cards that explain the nature of a vulnerability and identify which system configurations should be examined, while also offering links to evidence and vendor-provided guidance. It is not intended to be an exhaustive database of all CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) records; rather, it focuses on significant vulnerabilities affecting internet-facing software.
Cloudflare emphasizes that a high-severity rating for a vulnerability is distinct from evidence that it is being actively exploited. The publication of a card does not imply that any specific organization is affected or that it is automatically protected. Furthermore, mitigation via a Web Application Firewall (WAF) is not a substitute for patching the vulnerable software itself.
Quad Bilişim commentary
For enterprise security teams, the value of this service lies in having both technical evidence of an incident and the corresponding vendor disclosure available in a single location. Following such a feed is most effective when an organization also maintains a clear understanding of its own internal software inventory. The announcement itself does not constitute a security assessment specific to the organization.
